Cancellation & No-Refund Policy
We value the trust of our guests and make bookings in advance based on the information and travel dates provided by the customer.
Payments are non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, the amount paid is generally non-refundable. We work on trust with our guests and usually collect a 50% advance payment to secure hotels, vehicles, tickets, activities and other services in advance. Where a refund is due, it follows the cancellation charges set out below.
Why we work this way
If a guest does not arrive, cancels the trip, or changes their travel plan after the booking is confirmed, the expenses already committed by Showkeen Adventures still have to be paid. This may include hotel bookings, vehicle bookings, Gondola and activity tickets, and other arrangements.
We have experienced situations where bookings were made in advance and guests later cancelled or changed their plans, leaving us responsible for the costs of services already booked. For this reason, our standard payment policy is non-refundable.
Cancellation charges
Where a refund is due, it is worked out from how many days before the start of your trip you tell us:

Genuine emergencies
50% refund in a genuine emergency
In case of a genuine emergency, if the guest is unable to travel and needs to cancel the trip, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 50% is retained to cover non-refundable bookings, cancellations and administrative expenses. This refund is subject to verification and applies only to genuine emergency situations.
What is not refundable
- Unused services
- Early departure
- Late arrival
- Missed activities
- Ordinary changes in travel plans
- No-show without prior notification
Any additional expenses resulting from changes to the itinerary or cancellation will be the responsibility of the customer. Customers are requested to read and understand this cancellation policy before making any payment.
By making a booking and paying the advance amount, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the Showkeen Adventures Cancellation & No-Refund Policy.

Please confirm your travel dates and plans carefully before making the payment. Once the booking is confirmed, payments are non-refundable except for the genuine emergency exception above.
